Dutch? German? Or just plain yummy!

Have you ever tried a Dutch baby? …also known as a German pancake? Am I confusing you?
Well they are delicious, and one of my all-time favorite breakfast treats. It’s kind of a like a big, puffy custard pancake, topped with lemon and powder sugar. Or you can also top them with fruit and whip cream. Either way, they are very yummy and kids love them.
Ingredients: (for two dutch babies)
4 Tsp Butter
4 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, use a mixer to blend eggs, flour and milk. It should be very runny.
In two medium-sized skillets, melt butter on stovetop. Remove from stovetop, split egg mixture into each skillet and then put skillet directly in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
Cover with your choice of topping.
